You saw them coming and looked down the barrel and still you decided to give them your vote. Now that they’ve started you notice it backfire. No turning back, at least for five years.
The knife’s on your throat and you start to question where was your common sense.

Now look in the mirror. Did you get what you want? I didn’t get what I want.
Is that the lesson we’ll teach our children, “no compromise, don’t reconcile”?
